Subprocessors

To provide our Services, Logixboard, Inc. (“Logixboard”) uses a number of trusted third-party service providers (“Subprocessors”) that may process personal data on our behalf.

This page identifies those Subprocessors, where they are located, and what they do.

Current Subprocessors

HubSpot, Inc. United States Website forms, lead capture, and certain customer contact data.
Google LLC (Google Analytics) United States / Global Website and product usage analytics.
Datadog, Inc. United States Centralized logs, metrics, and application performance monitoring.
SendGrid (Twilio Inc.) United States Transactional email delivery (notifications and system emails).
Intercom R&D Unlimited Company Ireland / United States Customer support and in-app messaging.
Salesforce, Inc. United States / Global Customer relationship management (CRM) and sales pipeline.

Customer-configured integrations

Customers may choose to connect third-party systems (such as TMS platforms or email systems like Microsoft 365/Outlook) to the Logixboard platform. Those systems are typically controlled by the Customer and are not Subprocessors of Logixboard under our DPA. Customers should review those providers’ privacy and security practices independently.

How We Add or Change Subprocessors

We carefully evaluate each Subprocessor before engagement and enter into data protection agreements requiring appropriate safeguards.

When we add or replace a Subprocessor that will Process personal data, we will notify customers in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum, typically by:

  • Email to the Customer’s designated contact; and/or
  • Notice within the Services or on this page.
